All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

To return items, you must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within 30 days after receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags and labels intact. Please do not remove hangtags or other information from the product. Fragrances can not be returned, unless there is a noticeable flaw in the product. Customers name, address and telephone number must be attached. We only provide a refund or exchange the product, if the product is unused and in its original condition. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
